Emails back from AG

I emailed the company this morning asking about replacement parts and I got the auto response saying somebody would respond shortly. Yeah I sent that email before going to class at 12:30 It is now 9:01 and I still haven't heard back. How long does it usually take them to respond to emails?

I emailed them atleast a month ago about something and haven't heard back yet... But the other couple of times it only took a day or two I think. I think you should expect it within a week or so though and if you get no response maybe ask again.

I've sen two different emails about replacement parts. Both were sent in the morning. One was responded to in 6 hours the other in 9 hours.
I did recieve the auto response immediatly

I must have been really lucky then, because I emailed them about some typo on their Fun for Girls pages yesterday morning (about this time actually) and had a reply at 9pm my time that they'll check into it. I looked then at their webpage and they had it already corrected. Thought it was great that they reacted so fast.
